Occasionally members have podcasting-related opportunites that they want to let other members know about. We can do this by having the organizers send a brief email out to members with the relevant information or the member can just post the information to the message board. Since not everyone checks the message board, email is obviously more effective. As long as the emails aren't too frequent and they're moderated by the organizers, are they OK with you? |
