 hat helps people turn their good intentions into positive social action. Do
 uglas will speak about the Idealist.org podcasts (http://www.idealist.org/p
 odcast) and how they are telling the stories of people doing good in their 
 communities.  He'll also address the challenges of collaborating with team 
 members in four different locations\, building an audience\, and how the or
 ganization as a whole plans to use new media to drive social change. Dougla
 s has been with Idealist for three years\, and is a graduate of New York Un
