For this meeting, I'd like to do something different. I want us to brainstorm ways with which we engage an audience to build a community. While experience and anecdotes are welcome, I'm hoping that we can think more creatively on ways to get listeners to be active in a podcast (this, of course, may require a few beers).

Podcast listeners are welcome since they will bring some welcome insight on what would and wouldn't work for them.
